WARNER B. BAIR, II has been practicing law for almost four decades. He has been a prosecuting attorney, defense attorney and a judge. He is a graduate of the National District Attorney’s College where he returned as a member of the faculty and a graduate of the National Judicial College. During his career, he prosecuted and defended charges ranging from narcotic offenses to first degree murder charges. He is currently semiretired and divides his time between Arizona and Montana where he and his wife are renovating an 1893 Victorian mansion.
